US Open 2005
I attended the fourth day of the 2005 US Open which featured men's and women's second round singles matches, and I saw some mixed doubles play as well. Among the many players I saw were Andre Agassi, Lindsay Davenport, Justine Henin-Hardenne, Robby Ginepri, Martina Navratilova, Gustavo Kuerten, Guillermo Coria, Tommy Haas, and Lisa Raymond.

Advanta Championships 2004
This is a week-long WTA tournament at Villanova University. I was able to go on the second to last day which featured a singles semifinal match between Vera Zvonareva and Nadia Petrova. There was also a doubles semifinal where Lisa Raymond and Alicia Molik faced off against Rennae Stubbs and Cara Black. Amelie Mauresmo sat in the stands as she got a walkover win vs. Maria Sharapova.

US Open 2004
I attended the first day of the 2004 US Open and saw a personal record number of matches in a day as we were there for about 9 hours total. A few of the names that I saw include Roger Federer, Amelie Mauresmo, Jennifer Capriati, Mardy Fish, Taylor Dent, and Todd Martin (in his last professional match). Unfortunately, Lisa Raymond didn't play at all that day.

Lisa Raymond
Lisa Raymond, from Norristown, PA, is my favorite tennis player. She's one of the best doubles players in the world and has also been a top 30 singles player. I've seen her play at both the US Open and Wimbledon, as well as the local Advanta Championships. This page has more info on her and lots of pics.

US Open 2002
I was at day 5 of the 2002 US Open, so I got to see men's second and women's third round singles matches. Featured players were Andy Roddick, Lindsay Davenport, Justine Henin, and a surprising second round match between Gustavo Kuerten and Marat Safin. And I of course got my usual Lisa Raymond fix in a mixed doubles match with Mike Bryan.

US Open 2000
This was the first time I ever got to go to the US Open (finally!), which is kind of funny considering I had just been to my first ever tennis major in London just two months prior. Some of the players I got to see include Lisa Raymond, Jennifer Capriati, both Williams sisters, and Jan-Michael Gambill. Gambill played a singles match against Mardy Fish, of whom I will post pictures soon.

Wimbledon 2000
I was on a 15 day Europe trip in July 2000 with a group from school, and we just happened to be in London during the second week of the tournament, and we just happened to have most of Thursday to do whatever we wanted. So a couple friends and I took the subway up to check it out, figuring it would be sold out. Fortunately, we were wrong, and we were able to buy grounds tickets for the day!
